DMCA Copyright Infringement Notification

ProxyVerity respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998 and will respond to valid infringement claims. We also reserve the right to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
ProxyVerity publishes technical information about publicly reachable proxy servers. If you believe material on our Sites infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent containing all of the following.
Required information for a DMCA notice
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (for multiple works, a representative list).
- Identification of the infringing material and its location — include specific URLs on our Sites.
- Your contact information — full name, mailing address, telephone number and email.
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your signature — physical or electronic, with your full legal name.
Counter-notification
If you believe your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with equivalent detail. We will review valid counter-notices in accordance with the DMCA.
Repeat infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate access for users who are repeat infringers.
How to submit
Send completed notices to our Designated Copyright Agent at mailbox@proxyverity.com. We review all valid requests promptly and will remove or disable access to infringing material where appropriate.
