About ProxyVerity
ProxyVerity is your gateway to a more open and secure internet. We maintain one of the largest, most rigorously verified lists of free proxy servers so you can connect to the world without limits — for research, testing, privacy and getting past needless restrictions.
Anyone can scrape a few thousand IP:PORT pairs off the web and call it a proxy list. Almost none of them work. Our entire reason for existing is the opposite: to publish only proxies we have actually tested, with honest numbers next to each one.
What we stand for
Transparent access
Every server we publish passes an 8-parameter verification process first, and we openly document how it works on our verification methodology page. No black boxes — if a proxy is on the list, you can see when it was last checked, how fast it is and how anonymous it is.
Verification-first security
We use our own testing pipeline to detect anonymity leaks, measure real speed and confirm geographic accuracy. Honeypots, dead servers and unstable IPs are filtered out automatically, and the whole active list is re-checked on a short cycle rather than once a day like most free lists.
Trust in open infrastructure
A verified proxy database makes ethical web scraping, privacy research and censorship circumvention practical and safe. We believe access to information is a right, and we build tooling that respects that.

- Every proxy list is machine-verified and expert-reviewed. The automated pipeline is designed and overseen by Roman Bulatov; the verification method itself is reviewed and documented on the methodology page.
- Guides are written by a named expert. Articles in ProxyHub carry a byline and a review date. We correct mistakes rather than quietly deleting them.
- We are honest about limitations. Free public proxies are third-party and unencrypted at the proxy hop — we say so plainly, and we tell you when a paid provider is the safer choice.
- Corrections & removals. Spotted an error or an abusive proxy? Tell us and we act on it.
How we are funded
