The service

ProxyVerity provides free, verified lists of public proxy servers and related tools. Public proxies are operated by third parties; the Service simply discovers, tests and lists them.

Personal, non-commercial use

The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use and for lawful purposes only. Commercial exploitation — such as reselling access, reformatting or mirroring our pages, or scraping our data — is prohibited unless we authorise it in writing. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• bypass or interfere with the security of the Service;
• use automated systems to place unreasonable load or make unauthorised requests;
• upload or share unlawful content, or collect others' personal data without consent;
• use the Service or any listed proxy to break the law or the terms of any network you access.

Third-party links

Third-party sites reachable through the Service are controlled by others; we're not responsible for their content. Site owners who want a link removed may email mailbox@proxyverity.com.

Intellectual property

“ProxyVerity Content” (text, images and materials we provide) remains ours or our licensors'. “User Materials” you submit remain yours, but you grant us the rights needed to operate the Service.

No warranty

Proxy data is provided “as is” and “as available”. Public proxies are third-party servers; we do not guarantee their availability, performance, security or fitness for any purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProxyVerity is not liable for the accuracy or legality of listed servers, or for any damages, harm or data loss arising from your use of the Service or any listed proxy. You assume full responsibility for how you use the Service.

Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these terms. On termination, the rights granted to you end immediately.

Changes

We may modify the Service or these terms at our discretion. Continued use indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
