In short
- Private IP allocation, with IPs the provider says are unique and shared only with you
- No concurrency limit, unlimited threads and unlimited requests, as stated by the provider
- 60-minute sticky sessions on rotating residential and 30-minute sessions on rotating mobile
- The home page prices static residential at $65.00/plan while the pricing page marks it permanently unavailable
- Home page starting prices of $45.00, $65.00 and $55.00 do not reconcile with "B2C plans starting from $70" on the pricing page
How we scored it
- Product range 3.5
- Rotating residential, rotating mobile and a B2B tier cover most needs, but static residential is still listed as a product while another page calls it permanently unavailable.
- Session control 4.0
- 60-minute sticky sessions on residential and 30 minutes on mobile are long enough for multi-step flows rather than single requests.
- Pricing clarity 3.0
- The home page starting prices of $45.00, $65.00 and $55.00 do not reconcile with the pricing page's "B2C plans starting from $70", and a priced product is marked permanently unavailable.
- Scale limits 4.0
- No concurrency limit, unlimited threads and unlimited requests are stated across the board, and the B2B tier advertises a 10M+ IP pool.
- Onboarding 3.5
- Around 10 minutes to activation with proxies appearing on the dashboard instantly is quick, but network activation may run to 20 minutes and there is no real B2C trial.
- Payment and checkout 4.0
- Stripe with credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay covers the common cases without a workaround.
- Customer service 3.5
- 24/7 cover through Discord, a help centre and tickets, plus a dedicated account manager, is run by a team of seven across different time zones.
I picked Live Proxies up because I wanted one account that could cover three separate jobs: rotating residential for scraping, a small block of mobile IPs for work that keeps getting flagged, and some kind of enterprise path in case the volume grew. The provider's own pages describe exactly that shape — rotating residential, static residential, rotating mobile and a B2B/enterprise tier — so it was worth a look. Everything below comes from the provider's published material. I have not run my own benchmarks against this network, so treat the pool sizes, uptime language and ping claims as theirs, not as measurements I took.
What it is best for
The provider lists its own target use cases: eCommerce, SMM, market research, web scraping, travel aggregation, brand protection, SEO/SERP and AdTech. That is a broad list, but the items are not unrelated. Most of them need an IP that does not look like a datacentre, and most of them need to hold a session long enough to finish a flow. The sticky session windows — 60 minutes on rotating residential, 30 minutes on rotating mobile — are aimed at that second part.
Where this fits on paper:
- Web scraping at moderate volume — rotating residential plus no concurrency limit and unlimited threads, per the provider.
- SEO and SERP work — state-level targeting exists, though the provider says state IPs are US only.
- Ad and brand checks — the AdTech and brand protection use cases the provider names.
- eCommerce monitoring — a 60-minute sticky session is long enough for a multi-step flow.
- Mobile-only jobs — rotating mobile is sold separately, so you are not forced onto a large residential commitment to get it.
Can an individual buyer start small, or is the entry point only for businesses?
Answers: 4
💡 The provider's own FAQ points individual buyers at one of the smallest plans, and the B2C pricing page lists a rotating residential tier at $70 for 4 GB over 30 days. That is the practical entry point for a single user.
🧪 Free trials are tied to custom B2B plans and only after an initial agreement, so they do not function as a no-commitment test for individual buyers.
🏢 The enterprise side is a separate business: the provider quotes B2B plans from $2K/month, with the 10M+ IP pool attached to that tier.
🔁 Unused data on eligible plans rolls over into the standby plan, which limits the risk of buying slightly more bandwidth than a first project needs.
What I liked
The allocation model is the part I would lead with. The provider says IPs are privately allocated and only shared with you, which is the difference between a private proxy and a shared pool where someone else's traffic shows up in your blocklist history. If that claim holds in practice, it matters more than most of the feature list.
- No concurrency limit and unlimited threads, stated by the provider, alongside unlimited requests. For scraping this is the number that decides whether a plan is usable.
- Sticky sessions of 60 minutes on residential and 30 minutes on mobile. Both are long enough for session-dependent work rather than single hits.
- Bandwidth rollover. Unused data rolls over to the standby plan, which softens the usual problem of paying for a bucket and not finishing it before renewal.
- Dashboard, API access and IP whitelisting all listed as standard, so you are not forced through a support ticket to rotate or to lock down access.
- Metered and unmetered options, so the billing shape can match how you spend traffic.
- A dedicated account manager on top of the self-serve dashboard.
- SOCKS5 on the B2B side, alongside HTTP, so tooling that will not speak HTTP proxies is covered there.
- Payment via Stripe with credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
What I didn't
Two pages of the provider's own site contradict each other, and that is the first thing I would resolve before paying. The home page lists starting prices of $45.00/plan for rotating residential, $65.00/plan for static residential and $55.00/plan for rotating mobile. The pricing page lists detailed B2C plans starting from $70, and marks static residential as permanently unavailable. So the static residential product is still carrying a starting price on one page while another says it is gone. If you need an IP that stays put for months, you cannot tell from the site whether that product is buyable. Ask before you build around it.
- The free trial is not really a free trial for most buyers. The provider says trials go to custom plan users after an initial agreement, and suggests B2C clients simply purchase one of the smallest plans instead.
- Connection protocols differ by segment. B2C is listed as HTTP/S; SOCKS5 appears only under B2B. If your stack needs SOCKS5, this is a B2B conversation.
- Geography is described loosely. "Available countries or state-level options" with no count, and state-level IPs restricted to the US.
- Activation is two different numbers. Quick activation of roughly 10 minutes, but network activation may take up to 20 minutes. Proxies appear on the dashboard instantly, according to the provider, so the wait is on the network side.
- Support is 24/7 but the team is seven people across different countries and time zones. That is a small shop holding an always-on promise.
The products
Four lines, as the provider describes them.
- Rotating Residential Proxies — the volume product. Frequent IP changes for anonymity, 60-minute sticky sessions, plan sizes of 200, 350 and 500 IPs against data buckets from 4 GB to 50 GB, with unused data rolled over.
- Static Residential Proxies — consistent residential IPs that stay unchanged for extended periods, priced at $65.00/plan on the home page, and listed as permanently unavailable on the pricing page.
- Rotating Mobile Proxies — mobile rotation with 30-minute sticky sessions. The published plans are 50 IPs with 4 GB and 100 IPs with 8 GB.
- B2B | Enterprise — a tailored network on a 10M+ IP pool, HTTP and SOCKS5, at $2K per month, with custom plans for enterprise and large-scale requirements.
The provider claims its IPs come from real peers and are "unblocked on every site". I would treat that as a claim, not a guarantee, and test it against your own targets.
How to get started
For a normal B2C purchase the path is short. Pick a plan, pay through Stripe with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and wait for activation. The provider quotes roughly 10 minutes for activation, with network activation possibly taking up to 20 minutes, and says the proxies show up on your dashboard immediately once that completes. IP whitelisting is available, so you can lock access to your own addresses rather than handing out credentials.
If you want a trial, the route is different. The provider says free trials go to custom plan users after an initial agreement, and that B2C clients are better off buying one of the smallest plans. For B2B, enterprise and large-scale needs, the provider says tailored plans can be arranged, and that is also the tier where the 10M+ IP pool sits.
Integrations
The published integration surface is API access, the dashboard, apps, bots and custom integrations. Practically, you get an API to pull credentials and manage rotation rather than clicking through a panel, which is what most scraping stacks need. Custom integrations are offered on the B2B side. Check framework support against your own stack. SOCKS5 is listed for B2B only; B2C is HTTP/S.
Usability
Dashboard access, IP whitelisting, API access and a dedicated account manager are all listed. No concurrency limit, unlimited threads and unlimited requests mean the provider is not rationing how hard you push a plan, which removes a common source of surprise. Metered and unmetered options let you match the billing shape to your traffic pattern rather than the other way round.
Pricing
The currency is USD throughout. The home page gives starting prices per plan; the pricing page gives the detailed B2C table.
- Starting prices (home page): Rotating Residential $45.00/plan with bandwidth rollover, Static Residential $65.00/plan, Mobile Proxies Rotating $55.00/plan.
- Entry-level residential: 200 IPs, 4 GB, 30 days at $70.00, with unused data rollover. The same bucket is $85.00 over 60 days.
- Mid-tier residential: 350 IPs with 8 GB at $140.00 over 45 days and $155.00 over 90 days; 200 IPs with 16 GB at $140.00 over 30 days.
- Upper residential: 500 IPs with 25 GB at $300.00 over 60 days and $330.00 over 90 days; 500 IPs with 50 GB at $500.00 over 60 days and $530.00 over 90 days.
- Mobile: 50 IPs, 4 GB, 30 days at $70.00; 100 IPs, 8 GB, 45 days at $120.00.
- B2B | Enterprise: $2K per month against a 10M+ IP pool.
Longer commitments buy more data for the same money, and unused data rolls over to the standby plan across the B2C table.
Customer service
Support is advertised as 24/7, run by a team of seven people spread across different countries and time zones. Channels are a Discord server and a help centre, with tickets monitored around the clock, and a dedicated account manager on top for account-level matters. A seven-person rota covering 24/7 is a real constraint, so I would expect Discord to be the fastest route and tickets to be the paper trail.

What stood out
In its favour
- Private IP allocation, with IPs the provider says are unique and shared only with you
- No concurrency limit, unlimited threads and unlimited requests, as stated by the provider
- 60-minute sticky sessions on rotating residential and 30-minute sessions on rotating mobile
- Unused bandwidth rolls over to the standby plan

- Metered and unmetered billing options
- Dedicated account manager
- Payments through Stripe with cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay

Against it
- The home page prices static residential at $65.00/plan while the pricing page marks it permanently unavailable
- Home page starting prices of $45.00, $65.00 and $55.00 do not reconcile with "B2C plans starting from $70" on the pricing page
- The free trial goes to custom plan users after an agreement; B2C buyers are told to purchase a small plan instead
- SOCKS5 is listed for B2B only, so B2C stacks that need it are out of scope
- Geography is described as available countries or state-level options with no count, and state IPs are US only
Our verdict
Live Proxies is worth a look if you want rotating residential and rotating mobile under one account, need long sticky sessions, and dislike concurrency caps more than you dislike paying for a data bucket. The private IP allocation, the rollover on unused data and the B2B SOCKS5 tier are the parts that stand out. I would hold off if you specifically need static residential IPs, because the provider's own pages price that product and then mark it permanently unavailable, and if you want a genuine free trial rather than a smallest-plan purchase to test the water.
