In short

  • Residential pool the provider puts at 100M+ IPs across 195+ countries, with city-level targeting
  • Published country-level IP counts for the US, Brazil, the UK, Canada and France
  • Mobile inventory presented separately: 2M+ IPs and 120+ carriers
  • Unlimited Proxies, IPv6 Proxies and Datasets have no published price and are quoted through an account manager
  • The provider quotes 99.99% success overall but 99% for rotating datacenter, so the headline figure does not clearly apply to every pool

The rest of it below.

How we scored it

Network coverage 4.5
195+ countries with city-level targeting, and five markets come with exact published IP counts rather than a vague global total.
Product range 4.7
Sixteen catalogue entries spanning rotating, static, ISP, mobile, IPv6 and datacenter proxies plus six data and API products.
Pricing 4.0
Entry prices are published per GB and per IP across the main pools, but Unlimited Proxies, IPv6 Proxies and Datasets are quote-only.
Stated performance 4.0
Provider claims are high on paper and internally inconsistent in places, with 99.99% overall success against 99% for rotating datacenter.
Scraping APIs and data products 4.3
SERP, scraper, unblocker, browser and video endpoints share one credit balance and return HTML or JSON.
Compliance and IP sourcing 4.3
GDPR and CCPA compliance are stated, along with consent-based residential sourcing and 24/7 anomaly monitoring.
Onboarding and trial 4.3
$10 in credit with no card required and a 10GB new-user residential pack for $10, though the actual free trial is limited to the Scraper API.

I picked Novada up because of the number on its front page — 100M+ residential IPs — and because the pool is broken out by country rather than left as one global figure. That breakdown is the thing I actually need on a geo-specific job: not 100M in the abstract, but how much of it sits in the countries I am buying. Everything below comes from Novada's own published claims. I have not run my own tests, so every performance number here is the provider's, not a measurement of mine.

What it is best for

Novada is a proxy business with a data-collection API business attached, and the two are sold and priced separately. The part that gets the attention is residential: 100M+ IPs, 195+ countries, city-level targeting, unlimited sessions, and a claimed 99.9% uptime with sub-0.5s response. Those are Novada's figures. Read together, they point at buyers running volume — bulk collection, checking prices across many markets, verifying what an ad looks like in a specific city — rather than someone rotating a few IPs by hand.

The published country counts are the most useful thing on the site: 8,426,658 IPs in the United States, 3,167,312 in Brazil, 2,838,522 in the United Kingdom, 1,645,341 in Canada and 1,257,655 in France. The list stops at five markets, so for anything outside them you are working from the headline 195+ figure, and I would ask sales for a country-level count before building a target list around it.

Which Novada plan makes sense for a first scraping project?

🧪 The new-user package puts $10 against 10GB of premium rotating residential traffic with no credit card, which is the lowest-commitment way to see whether the pool resolves where your targets are.

📊 Rotating datacenter starts from $0.50/GB with custom rotation, so it is the cheaper route if the sites you are collecting from do not treat datacenter ranges differently.

📱 Mobile starts from $1.5/GB and draws on 2M+ mobile IPs across 120+ carriers, which costs more per gigabyte and targets sites that handle mobile exits differently.

🔁 Rotating ISP sits at $0.65/GB with 360-minute sticky sessions, which suits workflows that need to hold one identity for longer than a standard residential session allows.

What I liked

  • Country-level inventory is published rather than hidden behind a sales call, at least for the five markets above.
  • City-level targeting is part of the residential offer, which is what makes geo-specific checks repeatable enough to automate.
  • Mobile is presented as its own pool — 2M+ IPs and 120+ carriers — not as residential with a different label on it.
  • Sessions are specified: 1-120 minute sessions on residential, and 6-hour (360-minute) sticky sessions on rotating ISP. That is enough stickiness for checkout flows and logged-in work.
  • The buy list covers the whole cost curve: rotating datacenter from $0.50/GB at one end, static ISP at $1.18/IP at the other, with rotating ISP at $0.65/GB in between for people who want ISP-grade IPs without a per-IP commitment.
  • The API side is broad, and one credit balance is shared across all Scraping Solutions, so a SERP job and a scraper job come out of the same top-up.
  • Onboarding is cheap to test: $10 in credit with no credit card required, plus a new-user offer of 10GB of premium rotating residential for $10.

What I didn't

  • Three of the larger products carry no published price — Unlimited Proxies, IPv6 Proxies and Datasets are all quoted through an account manager. If you are comparing vendors on a spreadsheet, those cells stay empty until you book a call.
  • The headline success rate is 99.99% in one place, while rotating datacenter is quoted at 99% in another. Both are the provider's claims, and the gap is wide enough that I would ask which figure applies to which pool instead of assuming the high one carries across.
  • The free trial is tied to the Scraper API; the rest of the offer is a $10 credit. I would not call a $10 credit a free trial of a proxy pool you intend to run at volume.
  • Protocol support is listed as HTTP(S) and nothing else. If your stack needs SOCKS5, confirm it directly rather than reading the omission as a no.

The products

Sixteen entries in the catalogue. On the proxy side: Residential Proxies, Mobile Proxies, Rotating ISP Proxies, Static ISP Proxies, Rotating Datacenter Proxies, Dedicated Datacenter Proxies, IPv6 Proxies and Unlimited Proxies. Novada describes the IPv6 pool as pure IPv6 residential IPs aimed at anti-bot bypass and data collection, static ISP as native ISP IPs for e-commerce and social media accounts, and dedicated datacenter as exclusive IPs at gigabit speed, positioned for social media management.

On the data side: Scraper API, SERP API, Web Unblocker, Browser API, Video data API, Datasets, Customized Datasets and Novada MCP. SERP API covers Google, Bing, Yahoo and more, and results come back as HTML or JSON. Documentation ships with code samples in all major programming languages. The Video Data API is quoted at a 95% success rate, lower than the proxy figures.

How to get started

There is no long qualification step at the cheap end. You can take the $10 credit without a card, and the new-user pack gives you 10GB of premium rotating residential for $10, enough traffic to see whether the targeting and session behaviour suit your targets.

  • Start with the $10 credit or the 10GB new-user pack and test the residential pool against your own targets.
  • Pick a session length deliberately: residential gives 1-120 minutes, rotating ISP gives a sticky window up to 360 minutes.
  • Use the Scraper API's own free trial if the proxy pool is not your main need.
  • For Unlimited Proxies, IPv6 Proxies and Datasets, open the account-manager conversation early — those are quoted, not listed.

Integrations

Proxies are exposed over HTTP(S), which means anything that accepts an HTTP proxy works: scraping frameworks, browser automation and the usual automation libraries. The API products return HTML or JSON, so they drop into a pipeline at the parse step as easily as at the fetch step, and the shared credit balance means you are not juggling separate billing per endpoint. Novada MCP is listed as a product; ask what it connects to before you plan around it.

Pricing

Prices are per gigabyte for the rotating pools and per IP for the static ones. Residential starts from $1.3/GB, with a discount of up to 45% advertised. Mobile starts from $1.5/GB, rotating ISP from $0.65/GB, rotating datacenter from $0.50/GB. Static ISP starts from $1.18/IP and dedicated datacenter from $0.72/IP. On the API side, Scraper API and SERP API both start from $0.9 per 1,000 results, Web Unblocker from $1 per 1,000 results, and Browser API from $4/GB. Unlimited Proxies, IPv6 Proxies and Datasets are priced through an account manager rather than listed.

Payment methods are listed as 10+ cryptocurrencies. If you need to pay by card or on invoice, confirm that before you buy.

Customer service

Support is claimed at 24/7 across live technical support, with dedicated account managers for larger accounts, and separate addresses for support and sales plus an enterprise enquiries route. The company says 8,000+ enterprises use the service, and it publishes GDPR and CCPA compliance alongside a sourcing claim that residential IPs are legally authorised with user consent, with 24/7 security monitoring and automatic anomaly detection.

What stood out

In its favour

  • Residential pool the provider puts at 100M+ IPs across 195+ countries, with city-level targeting
  • Published country-level IP counts for the US, Brazil, the UK, Canada and France
  • Mobile inventory presented separately: 2M+ IPs and 120+ carriers
  • Session windows stated: 1-120 minutes on residential, 360-minute sticky sessions on rotating ISP
  • Wide product spread covering rotating datacenter, ISP and static IPs in one account
  • Scraping APIs share a single credit balance, so several endpoints come from one top-up
  • $10 credit with no credit card required, plus a 10GB new-user residential pack for $10
  • 24/7 support with dedicated account managers and separate sales and support addresses
  • GDPR and CCPA compliance published alongside a consent-based sourcing claim
  • 10+ cryptocurrencies accepted as payment methods

Against it

  • Unlimited Proxies, IPv6 Proxies and Datasets have no published price and are quoted through an account manager
  • The provider quotes 99.99% success overall but 99% for rotating datacenter, so the headline figure does not clearly apply to every pool
  • The free trial is limited to the Scraper API; the general offer is a $10 credit, which is not the same thing

Our verdict

Novada is worth a look if you buy residential traffic at volume and care about knowing how much of the pool sits in a specific country, because five large markets come with published IP counts and city-level targeting is part of the offer. It also suits teams that want proxies and scraping APIs billed from one balance. It is a poorer fit if you need published pricing on Unlimited Proxies, IPv6 Proxies or Datasets. Buyers who can only pay by card or invoice should confirm payment options first, since the listed methods are 10+ cryptocurrencies.
